Here are a few more 2015 quilts that don't fit into the previous categories

#259 This quilt was a collection of fabric that we wanted to try a new technique and keep the fabric together. Lois Jacobs and I pieced the top using a strip sewing and cut again method. In other words, we sewed strips together side by side and then cut triangles, then sewed them together as big HSTs. Then we made an off center HST layout. It has an interesting modern look (although fabric was a reproduction style). I still can't decide if I like it, but I keep looking at it, so maybe I do.

This quilt came to us already sandwiched and serged around the edges. Its fabric is Red Hat Ladies themed. And the quilt is rather large, probably full size.

This one is a really fun modern cut and sew pattern.

This quit came to us in a donation, the colored scrappy strips were started and a bag of more strips with black and white squares. We handed it over to Eileen and she created a really fun quilt.

This quilt is another creation using purple strips shown in a twin quilt. We had a lot of them, so a lap quilt similar to the twin was created.

This quilt is another scrappy strippy quilt, similar to the string quilts we made in 2015-6. I'm not sure exactly how the assembly is done, but I'm guessing ordinary string blocks are made int HSTs with block squares.

Here's another one of my crazy Pinterest photo adaptations. This time I cut squares and strips and could not figure out how to explain the criss-cross corner. So I sewed the corner and put it in the kit for the next sewist to add to the quilt. Olga did a fabulous job!
