2011 Baby Quilts              2011 Twin Quilts

In 2011 after our 2010 pillowcases for charity events we decided to start quilts for charity.  Linda Profetto arranged out use of some space at the Burr Ridge Park district for several sewing sessions.  She advertised at the quilt shop and in local newspapers and we began our quilting adventures!

These are photos of some of the people who worked diligently to create the approximately 40 quilts you saw in the previous posts.

I've learned thru many years of picture taking that I'm rarely in the pictures, so I'm glad my daughter was one of our sewists and is in the photos here!

(Yes the word I'm using is sewist....would you like to be called a sewer!?!)
