As a change of pace, for the Holidays we spent October and November making placemats for a Women's Shelter in Oak Park and Meals on Wheels of Dupage and Kane Counties.

Our final count was around 350. Here are just a few of them.....

2024 Here's how our year began........

2024 began with changes!

Linda's nephew is renting the condo so it's time to relocate our group. We're happy for Linda to have a renter but were sad for us because were 'homeless'!

But, we are a bunch of resourceful intelligent women and we will do just fine!

Well we are fine! We are meeting at local quilt shop, Quilters Quest in Downers Grove. Coincidentally one of our quilters is the store's manager! Our only challenge is, no room for storing our fabric and quilts! So a bunch of us have new stashes at home. We really need that! Husbands are thrilled!

In the beginning we are meeting on the 3rd Tuesday only due to scheduling conflict, but beginning January 2025 we will be back on the 1st Tuesday as well. To fill the gap on the 1st Tuesdays we've met at members homes. Including Chris's party on the Dunes (no swimming, beach hazard day, but beautiful day anyway!) and Debbie's pool party!
